Thick early morning fog engulfs Delhi, 28 flights affected
A thick blanket of fog engulfed the national capital early on Thursday morning, affecting 28 flights. The runway visibility at the Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport was about 280 metres, which affected several take-offs and landings.
