Ahead of his silent protest in New Delhi on Wednesday, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy tells NDTV that quitting as Chief Minister and quitting politics are both options before him if Telangana bill is voted on in Parliament. But he says, “I am sure that the bill cannot come to Parliament.”
