A principal who changed the prevalent perception about government schools

We talk to Bhagirath Singh Mahicha, a principal of modest means who transformed an average government school into one providing quality education. Mahicha who could not afford to even buy a bicycle throughout his life was gifted a hatchback car by his former students and villagers of Dhandhan for his efforts in helping students in the school score well in examinations.
