‘Abki baar’, U-turn sarkaar?

The Opposition Congress has accused the Narendra Modi government at the Centre of making many U-turns during its six months in power and claims it is counting. It has published in a booklet of what it calls the “25 U-turns of the government in 180 days” and spokesperson Ajay Maken alleged that there have been three more since then. Has the Centre turned into a ‘U-turn’ sarkaar?
