Amit Shah slams government move on ‘snoopgate’ probe

Slamming the UPA government’s announcement that it will assign a judge to investigate if the Gujarat police spied on a young woman architect at the behest of Narendra Modi, the Gujarat Chief Minister’s close aide Amit Shah today said it had no “moral or constitutional authority” to take decision on it at the fag-end of its tenure.
