Anti-conversion laws fail to be implemented in practice?

On News Point, a discussion on the raging debate on ‘mass conversions’ happening at various parts of the country into one religion or the other. Recently right-wing Hindu groups claimed to have converted over 200 Muslims into Hinduism saying that they were formerly Hindus and were made to convert to Islam. We ask what kind of law can be put in place that can enable the administration stop practices of ‘mass conversions’ by groups that exploit the socio-economic backwardness of people.
