Justice Hegde, the former Karnataka Lokayukta, who was part of the India Against Corruption team, has criticised Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal over his dharna. He told NDTV that certain acts of his exhibit the arrogance of power and the dharna was a mistake.
