Banega Swachh India: No toilet, no right to contest elections
As cleaning up India drive gathers momentum, the Rajasthan government has come up with a unique strategy to encourage people to use toilets. The Panchayat Department has proposed that all those who don’t build toilets will not be eligible to fight Panchayat elections.
