Battle for Haryana seems to favour the Congress, says chief minister Bhupinder Hooda

Opinion polls have predicted a big loss for the Congress in the state. But chief minister Bhupinder Hooda says the Congress will benefit from the split between the BJP and Om Prakash Chautala’s Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) which has made it a triangular contest for the state’s 10 seats.
