Beware of the word help me; it can turn out to be a nightmare!

What happens when the help solicited is much more complex than what you perceived. Our young innocent actor is out in the streets, who thinks he has been scammed by the store owner, seeks help from passers-by to calculate the bill issued to him. The good Samaritans later realize that they not only have to help him understand every component of the bill, but would also have to answer why the storekeeper overcharged him for every item.
