BJP all set to form government in Delhi?

Sources indicate that the BJP may be offered the first right to try and prove its majority on the floor of the Delhi Assembly. The Aam Aadmi Party says that’s completely unfair and says the Lieutenant Governor is acting as a proxy of the government at the Centre. Is the BJP ready to form government in Delhi?
