The body of a newborn girl, which was supposed to be preserved in the mortuary of Mata Chanan Devi hospital in Delhi, was found lying in a bio-waste truck outside its premises on Monday morning. Later in the day, the Delhi Government ordered an inquiry into the case. (Audio in Hindi)
