Can Team Kejriwal deliver on its promises?

Arvind Kejriwal will be the new Chief Minister of Delhi. His one-year-old Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) will form the government in Delhi with external support from the Congress. Like Mr Kejriwal, who defeated three-time chief minister Sheila Dikshit in her constituency by 25,000 votes, most of the newly elected AAP members were political novices who are now being called “giant killers”.
