Caught on cam: UP cops thrash mentally-challenged man
In yet another instance of police brutality in Uttar Pradesh, two cops belonging to the kotwali police station in Muzaffarnagar were today caught on camera ruthlessly kicking and slapping a mentally-challenged person.
