Caught on camera: Skilled burglar steals Rs 14 lakh from PNB ATM in 11 minutes

CCTV footage obtained from an ATM of Punjab National Bank in Hoshiarpur shows how skillfully a burglar empties cash from the machine within a span of 11 minutes. The burglar(s) reportedly used sophisticated cutting equipment with which they were able to break open the machines and remove cash from them. (Audio in Hindi)
