Caught on camera: UP Police thrash young man in public

A cellphone video captured by bystanders shows two cops beating up a young man in public reportedly for having asked them to not hold him by his collar. As per information provided by people who witnessed the incident, two cops brought a man on their motorbike to the police station and began to drag him in when he told them to leave his collar alone. The agitated policemen then began to beat him with such brutality. (Audio in Hindi)
