Chain snatchers of Iranian descent give Mumbai police a hard time

The Mumbai police say that several gangs of Iranian nationals living in areas like Mumbra in Mumbai engage in chain-snatching without any fear of the law. Police also say that the gangs have now gotten used to ease of getting released on bail that arresting them induces no fear and they employ all tactics including taking help of their wives to protect themselves from getting arrested.
