On Prime Time, we ask whether the minister of health in Chattisgarh, Amar Agrawal should take moral responsibility and resign for the 13 deaths that happened in a mass sterilization drive organized in Pandari village. Dr RK Gupta who conducted sterilization of 83 women in a single day alleges that he was being pressured to meet targets and also that he is not responsible for hospital maintenance and quality of drugs supplied for the surgeries.
