Delhi University sends new proposal, but stand-off continues

The stand-off between the Delhi University and the University Grant Commission (UGC) entered the 4th day with university officials sending a new proposal for the tweaking of the Four-Year Undergraduate Programme. However there was no word from the UGC on this and both; student unions and the teacher association rejected the proposals.
