Dhanteras sales indicative of strong demand: HMSI

Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India sold 1.66 lakh units in a single day on Dhanteras, registering a growth of 110 per cent over last year. YS Guleria, vice president (sales & marketing) of HMSI says the strong demand is indicative of positive consumer sentiments and vibrant economic situation. The two-wheeler industry is likely to deliver double-digit growth this year, he added.
