Did Modi misunderstand the meaning of ‘toffee’?

At an event in Gandhinagar, Narendra Modi attempted to take a jibe at Rahul Gandhi over his ‘toffee model’ remark but it appears from his speech he assumed that trophy was also pronounced like toffee. Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi had said that the Gujarat model of development was a ‘toffee model’ at a rally in Latur in Maharashtra. (Audio in Hindi)
