On Special Report, we visit Sui village in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan where a handicapped old man is a trusted news announcer. Sheeshpal, who lost all sensation in the lower half of his body while attempting to repair a transformer, didn’t lose hope. In a bed-ridden condition, he broadcasts news in a unique way in his poor village. (Audio in Hindi)
