Expect RBI to hold rates next week: Sajjid Chenoy

JP Morgan India economist Sajjid Chennoy expects Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Governor Raghuram Rajan to hold key policy rates on August 5. While inflation is expected to have inched higher in July, an improved monsoon over the last 10-12 days, should prompt the RBI to keep rates unchanged, he said.
