First direct train service from Delhi to Katra flagged off

With the opening of the Udhampur-Katra railway line, a daily train from New Delhi to Katra in Jammu and Kashmir was flagged off by the railways. The superfast train would depart from New Delhi at 5:30 pm every day and reach Katra railway station at 5:10 am the next day. The return train from Katra is at 10:55 pm every day. (Audio in Hindi)
