Godrej Consumer Products to expand hair care business in Africa

Vivek Gambhir, MD at Godrej Consumer Products, told NDTV Profit that the acquisition of 100 per cent stake in Darling’s hair extensions business in Ghana is part of their strategy to grow the hair business in Africa. He also added that thanks to falling prices of palm oil, their soaps business will expand margins by 200 bps.
