Good performance of BJP in assembly elections all due to Modi wave?

On Prime Time we discuss whether the performance of the BJP in the assembly elections in the states of Haryana and Maharashtra (according to exit polls) should be attributed entirely to Modi’s campaigns in the states. We ask whether the anti-incumbency against the ruling governments in the states helped the BJP secure its win considering that the state leadership of the BJP does not have good stronghold in the regions.
