Chintan Thakkar, CFO at Info Edge, tells NDTV about the green shoots visible in the Indian job market. He expects the situation to improve even further in the second half of the year. He adds that the improvement in recruitment activity in July with a 20 per cent pick-up was primarily led by the IT and BPO sector.
