NDTV Group Editor Barkha Dutt gives her account of how an off-camera conversation with Pakistan’s Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif was distorted by Pakistani media to suggest Mr Sharif called PM Manmohan Singh a “village woman”. She says, “There was, in my presence, no pejorative word or derogatory phrase used for PM Singh.”
