IDFC on fixing infrastructure in India

Vikram Limaye, managing director and chief executive of IDFC, talks about what is required to fix infrastructure in India from the financing side. In the absence of private sector spending and foreign capital yet to come in, it is the government which will have to spend in the interim 18-24 months, he says.
