In an exclusive interview to NDTV, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal had said that the Jan Lokpal Bill will be tabled in the Delhi Assembly on February 13, and if it is not passed, he will resign and the government will fall. Mr Kejriwal also described Narendra Modi as ‘communal’ and Rahul Gandhi as ‘dynast’.
