Is there no political will to stop hate groups?

As the murder of a Muslim techie in Pune causes outrage, why is a fringe group like the Hindu Rashtra Sena even out there? Why isn’t their leader, against whom there are over 20 cases, not behind bars? Is there a lack of political will to take on extremist elements? Does there need to be a much stronger response to the Pune murder by both the centre and the state government? We debate on Left, Right and Centre.
