A security guard has been arrested in connection with the rape and murder of a 32-year-old woman in Uttar Pradesh’s capital, Lucknow. “We have identified the main accused, his name is Ram Sewak Yadav,” ADG, women’s cell, Sutapa Sanyal said at a press conference in Lucknow on Sunday.
