A day after Nitish Kumar resigned as chief minister of Bihar, his party, the Janata Dal (United), failed to decide on a new leader, in a meeting held in Patna today. The meeting ended this evening after party leaders created a ruckus as they unanimously chose Nitish Kumar as their leader, but he refused to withdraw his resignation.
