Kolkata teen kills himself, allegedly after ‘harassment’ by teachers

A 17-year-old boy was found hanging at his home last night in Kolkata. Police say he killed himself after allegedly being scolded by his teachers at his school. Sunil Kumar Gupta was studying at the Jawaharlal Vidyapith school in Kolkata’s Ekbalpore area. His body was discovered by his elder brother Anil Gupta.
