With the general elections scheduled during April-May, Indian Premier League chairman Ranjib Biswal told NDTV on Friday that Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde expressed his inability to provide adequate security for the seventh edition of the tournament. The first part of the 2014 IPL will now be staged in South Africa in the wake of the elections.
