Lakhimpur attack: Man arrested, police say he was known to woman killed

A week after the death of a woman in Assam’s Lakhimpur, the police have arrested a man named Raju Chutia. The police says that Raju was known to the woman and was in relationship with her for the last two years. He has been charged with attempted murder, kidnapping and rape.
