Maharashtra: Modi vs the rest?

Will the BJP’s gamble of parting ways with its oldest ally the Shiv Sena pay off off in Maharastra? Wednesday’s voting for the next Maharashtra Assembly saw the highest turnout since 1999 when the Congress-NCP came to power. The BJP’s Maharashtra president and the man tipped to be chief minister Devendra Fadnavis has told NDTV that the high turnout will translate into a comfortable majority for his party.
