Maharashtra’s initiatives to reduce delay and red-tape in real estate projects
On Property India, we discuss whether the real estate reform moves by Maharashtra can help reduce prices of properties and bring transparency in property deals. The Maharashtra government scrapped the agricultural land conversion system that needed a collector’s approval to sell agricultural land for non-agricultural purposes.
