The statue of Pingali Venkayya, the man who designed the Indian national flag, stands on the Tank Bund in Hyderabad. Shankar, a concerned citizen, and activist Chandrasekar are urging people to fly the tricolour with pride atop homes, offices, schools, colleges and even vehicles, to instil a sense of nationalism.
