Mumbai sees a 11 per cent jump its voter turnout though still at just 52 per cent, its less than Delhi, Chennai and Bangalore. What does the voting pattern in India’s financial capital indicate? Is it the AAP impact? Or a Modi wave? Could Mumbai have done better?
