Mumbaikars do not take voting seriously: Prasoon Joshi

Lyricist Prasoon Joshi feels that abstaining from voting is an individual decision. He says it was tough to manage both an IIFA appearance and voting but he put in the effort which others couldn’t. He feels that one should definitely go to IIFA but one’s responsibility to the nation should take precedence.
