My real surname is not ‘Birla’, but ‘Bidlan’ – one used by Dalits: Rakhi Birla

On Hum Log, we speak to AAP minister Rakhi Birla who says that her real last name is Bidlan which was misspelt by her high-school teacher, and her last name became Birla on official records. Rakhi also adds that she is from a very ordinary family but brushes aside similarities being drawn between her and former UP CM Mayawati. (Audio in Hindi)
