No one knows how to diffuse discarded unexploded ordnance in Navi Mumbai

Large quantities of cannon shells, rockets and mortar bombs were discovered in Kalamboli steel market in Navi Mumbai and are lying in the open for want of someone who knows to diffuse these items. Police say that they sent letters to the army as well to the Petroleum And Explosives Safety Organisation but to no avail. (Audio in Hindi)
