Nothing “brand” new about Kareena Kapoor Khan?

Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor Khan seems to be putting a lot of emphasis on advertisements recently. In the last month or so we have seen Kareena pout prettily and extol the virtues of green tea, a spa and now an ice cream brand. Well, she isn’t the first heroine who’s becoming more of an ambassador and less of an actor.
