Pained by what happened in Delhi Assembly: Sheila Dikshit

Former Delhi chief minister Sheila Dikshit has said that she is pained by what happened in the state Assembly yesterday. “There have been walkouts before in the Assembly, but nothing was uncivilised as yesterday. Watching the Delhi Assembly proceedings was painful yesterday,” she told NDTV.
