Penalise those who benefited irregularly in coal allocation: Diwakar Gupta

Former SBI managing director and CFO says he is looking forward to the Supreme Court’s ruling on the coal mines allocated post 1993 on September 1. There should be penalty imposed on the people who may have benefited from the irregularities in allocation, he said.
