Ranbir Kapoor does his bit for Kashmir relief

Actor Ranbir Kapoor will be part of the star-studded Hum Hain Ummeed-e-Kashmir concert that will be held in Mumbai on October 18. He will also host a telethon to raise funds. Other Bollywood celebrities including Amitabh Bachchan, Aamir Khan and Farhan Akhtar will also be a part of the inititiave.
