Repercussions if all coal mining licenses from 1993 to 2010 are cancelled

On Prime Time, we discuss whether it would be wise to en-masse cancel all licenses that the Supreme Court had deemed as illegal and the repercussions of such an act. Panelists also explain whether the large companies such as power and those of iron and steel that are dependent on coal would be able to bear the short-supply of coal; and how the government can devise a solution to solve the coal crisis in case such a situation occurs.
