Rohit showed maturity during his innings: Sunil Gavaskar

Former Indian opener Sunil Gavaskar is impressed with the way Rohit Sharma went about scoring a hundred on test debut against West Indies in Kolkata. He says that the way Rohit was batting, he did not look like a debutant. Gavaskar is happy that Rohit has been able to repay the faith in him by selectors and Dhoni and praised him for carrying on after reaching three figures. He believes that if Rohit continues in the same vein, then he could go on to shine for India in the longest format of the game.
