SAARC fails to achieve goals due to India-Pakistan tiff?

On Prime Time we ask whether SAARC countries are unable to use the organization’s full potential owing to differences between India and Pakistan. At the SAARC summit in Kathmandu, after PM Modi had pitched for better integration among nations of South Asia, Pakistan stalled the summit by blocking India’s key proposals.
